Bridget travels on assignment for magazines such as US News & World Report, National Geographic Adventure, Newsweek and Yankee Magazine. She created the cover image for Life magazine's 9/11 issue, and contributed to Peter Jennings's book about America.

Long term photography projects include: "Watershed", a book about Maine's Sheepscot river, supported by The National Fish & Wildlife Foundation. "The Thoreau Trail" an exhibit and book of photographs documenting Thoreau's eco-tourism travels. And "The North Woods; New England's last wild place" a photographic portfolio for Yankee magazine.
