Imaging Source Gives Astrophotography Camera Away

The company will award one of its monochrome telescope cameras to a drawing winner in September 2008.

August 15, 2008

Imaging Source, a maker of cameras for astrophotography, will give away one of its DMK 21AU04.AS monochrome telescope cameras to the winner of an online "competition" running through September 3, 2008. The competition is in effect a drawing, since the sole requirement that entrants must meet is to correctly identify the camera's maximum exposure time. As Imaging Source's Web site notes, the answer is 60 minutes.

For more information on the camera and to enter to win one, go to the Astronomy Cameras Competition Web site.
