Lowepro Announces Two New Camera Bag Lines

Lowepro is launching several new camera bags in time for Photo Plus East, including four in the Classified AW series. The most compact model, the Classified 140, holds a DSLR with a standard zoom lens attached and an additional lens or a strobe.

Next in line is the Classified 160, with enough room for a professional DSLR with a 70-200 f/2.8 lens attached and 1-2 additional lenses or a flash. The Classified 200 will accommodate 1-2 professional DSLRs with a 70-200 f/2.8 lens attached, 2-3 lenses or flash. The largest, the Classified 250, is large enough to hold the same amount of camera gear as the 200 but also has space for most 15.4-inch laptops.

Lowepro also announced the Lens Trekker 600 AW II, designed for extreme telephoto lenses. It's designed to hold a DSLR with an attached 600mm lens or an unmounted 800mm lens.

The Classified series and the Lens Trekker 600 are equipped with Lowepro's All Weather covers for protection from the elements.

The Classified line will be available in early November and have an MSRP (from small to large) of $169.99, $189.99, $239.99, and $259.99. The Lens Trekker 600 is available in October for an MSRP of $219.99. www.lowepro.com
