You don’t have to undergo trial-by-Simon Cowell to feel like a pop star. Just submit a 30 second video to www.powershot.com no later than November 30, showing why you should be selected as one of the finalists in Canon U.S.A.’s “So You Want To Be A Pop Star?” contest. Three finalists will be selected to come to New York City, receive two tickets to Z100’s Jingle Ball, and a PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital ELPH.
If you’re chosen as one of the three finalists, you’ll be well on your way to stardom with a complementary makeover and professional singing and dancing lessons. And you’ll also meet international pop star, Leona Lewis.
As a finalist, you’ll also record a 60-90 second music video of your rendition of “Better in Time.” The three music videos will be posted online at www.powershot.com and the $5,000 grand prize winner will be decided by the public. One voter will also receive a Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital ELPH.
