Photographers flock to the PopPhoto forums for all sorts of reasons. Some seek answers to a gear-related question, while others want to share a cool new technique they recently learned. And some just want to share a wonderful photograph and get feedback on how to take better pictures.

Every day for the past seven years, PopPhoto's forum members have shared their impressive images in the Reader's Gallery. In that time we've seen photographers grow and develop their style  -- often as a direct result of the helpful tips and critiques they've been given by the membership.

This first "Best of the Reader's Gallery" slideshow highlights some of the exceptional images presented in our forums in October and November 2007, as nominated by the forum membership. We hope to make this a recurring feature to recognize the wonderful talent on our forums and encourage others to join in the fun.

Want to get involved? It's really easy.
